Do I need to book or call for a quote?

No. For most common repairs, use our online price tool first. Choose your device, model and repair and you can see the price in under 60 seconds. If you want to go ahead, tell us online and we’ll check parts availability and text you what to do next. If you are not ready yet, you can save the quote or ask us to remind you later. Walk-ins are still welcome.

What devices do you repair?

We specialise in mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktop PCs, and gaming consoles. This includes iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Samsung, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch repairs. We do not repair appliances, TVs, cameras, drones, or low-value items.

How long will my repair take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the repair, parts availability and current workshop workload. Some straightforward phone repairs are quick, while tablet screens, laptops, board-level work and jobs needing ordered parts take longer. We’ll give you a realistic estimate rather than promise every repair in the same timeframe. Once your device is checked in, we track its progress and keep you updated.

Do you charge for diagnostics?

For jobs that need fault finding, yes. Our standard diagnostic is normally £40, with some phone diagnostics at £25. Repairs with a clear fixed price can be priced directly through the online quote system. We’ll make any diagnostic charge clear before we start.

Do your repairs come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Most repairs include a warranty, with up to 12 months on many parts and labour repairs. Warranty length varies by repair and part option; liquid damage and board-level repairs may carry limited or no warranty. We’ll make the applicable terms clear before the repair goes ahead.

Can you fix water-damaged devices?

Accepted Answer

Yes—we can strip the device down, clean it and assess the damage. There are no guarantees with liquid damage, but acting quickly gives it the best chance. Avoid rice and keep the device powered off if possible.
