How much do you charge?
Our standard call-out rate is £99, which includes the call-out fee plus the first hour of service. Most jobs are completed within this time. Additional time is charged at £50/hour. We provide a clear quote before starting work.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to fit around your availability.
What if you can't fix my problem?
If we can't solve your issue, we'll be honest about it and won't charge you for unsuccessful work. We'll also advise on alternative solutions.
