Charging Port Repair — What You Need to Know
The iPhone 13 and 14 series use a Lightning charging port and support MagSafe wireless charging. Charging problems are usually caused by pocket lint building up in the port.
We offer two levels of repair:
- Port service (£39) — we clean out debris, check the pins, and test charging. Fixes most issues.
- Full replacement (£80–£90) — we install a new genuine Apple charging port assembly when the original is damaged.
We'll always try the service first — if that doesn't fix it, you only pay the difference for the full replacement.
What Happens During the Repair
- 1. Free diagnosis — we inspect the port and test charging
- 2. Port service or replacement — servicing takes 15–20 mins; full replacement takes 45–60 mins
- 3. Testing — charging, data transfer, and audio all tested
- 4. You're done — pay on collection, warranty included
Your data stays completely untouched.
