All warranty claims are subject to inspection to confirm the issue is related to the original repair.

What's Not Covered
These situations fall outside warranty cover, but we'll always explain your options.
Liquid Damage After Repair
New liquid damage, corrosion, or moisture-related faults occurring after the repair.
Accidental Damage
Drops, cracks, impact damage, bending, and other physical damage after the repair.
Unauthorised Work
Any repair attempts, modifications, or parts fitted by someone else after our repair.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Submit Request
Use the contact form with your invoice details and issue description.
Provide Invoice
Send your invoice/receipt (photo is fine) to confirm repair details.
Assessment
We'll inspect and confirm if the issue is warranty covered.
Most claims are assessed quickly once we've seen the device and invoice.
